Investigating - Please be advised that Danmarks Nationalbank has reported issues affecting the DKK payment schemes. As a result, delays in the processing of DKK payments may occur. This is a sector‑wide incident impacting most Danish banks.

Banking Circle's infrastructure is not directly affected, and the delays have been caused by external factors. We are actively monitoring the situation and will inform you as soon as it has been resolved.

Banking Circle DR Test Notification
Completed - Disaster Recovery (DR) testing has been successfully completed, and normal operations have resumed. All services are now operating as expected.

Scheduled - Please be advised that Banking Circle will be conducting our annual Disaster Recovery (DR) Testing on Saturday, 6th December 2025. This is a mandatory test of our Core Banking Platform and other critical systems. The testing will commence at 11:00 CET and is expected to conclude by 19:00 CET, lasting approximately 8 hours.

What to expect during the testing window:
• Instant Payment Schemes will continue to process both inbound and outbound transactions without interruption.
• However, account balances and reporting will not reflect these transactions until after the testing is completed.
• VIBAN Creations/Activations will continue as normal, however the use of these may be temporarily delayed during this timeframe.
• In few cases you may experience "missing funding" status during the DR test. Affected payments will not reflect the correct status until the DR testing is completed.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we carry out this essential maintenance to ensure the resilience and reliability of our services.
